In addition to building relationships with a wide range of schools within its footprint, Meijer partners with organizations such as Thurgood Marshall College Fund and The National Retail Federation (NRF) to engage with diverse groups of students from across the country. Meijer's College Relations Team is committed to providing the best candidate experience from sourcing through the offer stage by being in constant communication with candidates.

Meijer's summer internship is a best-in-class, structured program that provides interns with a well-rounded experience. All interns are assigned challenging and impactful projects that provide them with hands-on experience. Interns have access to senior leadership throughout the program, including the executive speaker series and final presentations. Interns go through various trainings related to DEI and professional and personal development. The interns are provided with networking opportunities and community events to drive engagement.
