Megan has had a 16-year career in Human Resources with 13 years of experience in the campus and diversity recruiting space beginning with her time at General Mills in 2009. Megan joined Thrivent in 2016 where she built a best-in-class internship program that transformed the way Thrivent brings in the talent of the future. Megan most recently joined Sleep Number in July 2019 where she leads Early Career Programming and is responsible for building strategic talent pipelines through strategic partnerships with Colleges and Universities, Community Organizations, and Professional Associations.

Megan most recently joined Sleep Number in July 2019 where she leads with other D&I practitioners! Throughout her career in Human Resources, she continues her main passion areas around building new business strategies, leading early career initiatives, designing new programs to support and develop team members, and creating inclusive partnerships. She is passionate about growing a diverse and inclusive workforce.
