Megan has been the Talent Acquisition Manager for Lasko Products since Spring of 2022. She is responsible for solely supporting all corporate positions across multiple locations, in addition to running the summer internship program. Prior to Lasko Products, she worked in software recruitment for Vibrent Health and iPipeline. Megan prides herself in being able to handle competing priorities while keeping candidates and managers informed.
Career Highlight
"Over the past few months I have taken the lead on implementing a new ATS system, Greenhouse. With the support of two Lasko employees, we built it out, transferred data from our existing platform, created processes, and trained users. Through this roll out, I was still responsible for supporting 25-30 open job requisitions. We successfully launched the platform ahead of schedule, and through the change, fill rates have decreased, we are having more rounded out interview processes, and a better candidate experience has been created."
