"I lead KPMG’s talent acquisition workstream for our high school internship program. To increase efficiency in hiring, I implemented new reporting which allowed us to communicate status to stakeholders on a consistent basis with real-time data. I also streamlined processes related to various steps in the hiring process, allowing my team to focus on more time-sensitive matters while other items were addressed centrally. Finally, we made ATS modifications which allowed us to document our unique hiring process without time-consuming manual overrides. As a result, our team was able to efficiently hire 200+ interns, exceeding the initial goal of the program."
