"Throughout my short time in this space, and working with Gen Z candidates, it is crucial that I remain as helpful a resource as I can, for this very difficult time in life. Starting your career path can be incredibly stressful. Not every applicant I work with will be hired, but throughout the application process, I work to stay transparent on timelines, feedback, and job expectations, because the recruiting process should not add to the pressure that starting your career brings, and I continue to be thanked for something I think everyone should be doing!

DE&I remains a core focus of my firm. Every year the campus population, and world, gets more diverse, and hiring should as well. Our intern class this summer is the most diverse it has been, and through our recruiting practices, we aim to have that continue year after year!"
