Meg crafted a set of engaging events and networking strategies that educated prospective candidates about HORNE's early career opportunities through a variety of channels. From planning weekend-long events, coordinating semester-long programs, and using a hybrid approach to recruit young talent across the country, Meg has gained interest from over 500 students and has hired over 100 students as interns and/or associates into the firm since starting at HORNE eight months ago.
