Meg Foley - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award

Meg Foley is a Campus Recruitment Manager at AlphaSights. In her role at AlphaSights, Meg is responsible for managing a team of Campus Recruiting Associates and Coordinators, the internship program, delivering on a large portion of AlphaSights’ overall US entry level hiring needs and overseeing hiring for the SF office. Prior to her current role, Meg worked as a Recruitment manager for a sorority where she traveled to over 50 colleges to support chapters. Since graduating from Rutgers, Meg has held a career that allowed her to work closely with universities and remains passionate about helping students carve out their professional paths.

Career Highlight

AlphaSights was in a unique position during COVID in that they were continuing to operate as a high-growth firm (20%+ growth annually). As a result, Meg was tasked with leading AlphaSights' digital brand expansion beyond the main group of universities they hire from. Through open house weeks, skill-based webinars, and project workshops, Meg was able to drive the team’s success in meeting more students than ever before, culminating in hiring students from over 120 universities across the US. This helped recruit a more diverse student group across full time Associates and Summer Intern classes.
