Maura leads Early Career, DEI and Talent Acquisition Programs at Liberty Mutual. She has dedicated her career to designing and implementing innovative recruiting initiatives and executing best-in-class customer service to better attract, engage and hire talent from all backgrounds for internships and entry-level positions. She began this career journey with Liberty Mutual 22 years ago as a new college hire. Maura is a graduate of Boston College with a bachelor's degree in human resources management and marketing. She currently serves on the College Industry Group, the Association of Campus Recruiting Executives, and formerly the NACE Board of Directors.

Career Highlight

"I’m incredibly proud to be leading an amazing team committed to strengthening candidate relationships through best-in-class experiences. With the support of our President and Chief Diversity Officer, in 2019 I was able to scale our DEI Programs and Partnerships group from one to four team members and secure 25% more funding to support early talent initiatives, including scholarships to help ease the financial stress of higher education for students. The team continues to attract and hire more early talent from all backgrounds and solidify our brand as an inclusive and equitable employer."
