Matt is a key stakeholder in bringing enhanced storytelling to Hannaford’s talent/recruitment efforts. For instance, Matt introduced and leveraged new tools and techniques to bring the company’s strong DEI efforts to light in recruitment efforts, supporting the overall goal of driving more diverse leadership teams.
Matt’s background in building and motivating strong, multi-generational teams supported his efforts to drive a variety of college partnerships targeting diverse groups of students and backgrounds. He additionally influenced efforts to establish tuition discounts with many schools, broadening access to education and the job market. Matt is a champion of innovating a new tuition reimbursement policy that will extend opportunities to a larger and more diverse eligibility pool.
