Mason leads all recruiting activity across the Western US for Atwell, while also supporting corporate hiring efforts, leading the recruitment for a multi-million dollar big-box retail program, and overseeing college & early career hiring efforts nationally. Before working at Atwell, he helped build the TA infrastructure at Galloway & Company in Denver, CO. He also spent time in the manufacturing recruiting space, and college recruiting within the non-profit sector. Mason's passion is creating a human-driven process, where the candidate comes first. His mentality is "If you take care of people, they will take care of you"!
