Career Highlight

Marybeth was recently part of an EVP (Employer Value Proposition) discovery team that worked to uncover why Lenovo's employees value their work and workplace. She used research data to help design a new career site highlighting Lenovo's unique global-local footprint, diverse and inclusive culture, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs. Lenovo is expanding its early-career hiring globally with a goal of 10K new hires over the next 3 yrs, so attracting and retaining Gen Z is top-of-mind.
