As a Talent Acquisition leader, Mary is responsible for hiring teachers and staff for our 47 schools across the network. Mary joined Success Academy in December; previously, she worked in Campus Recruiting at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing operations initiatives in the US. Before joining JPMC in April 2018, Mary spent almost 12 years at UBS. All of this time was in HR, with nine years in Campus Recruiting, primarily supporting investment banking. Mary spent five years in higher education before joining the finance industry. She received a Bachelors in Communications from Boston College and a Masters in Psychology from Adelphi University.
