Marquita Brazier is the DEI Conference & Program Manager at Collins Aerospace. In her pivotal role, she spearheads DEI Conference recruiting initiatives and champions HBCU and NPHC recruiting strategies for professional-level talent. Her strategic vision previously led to the successful overhaul of HBCU campus recruiting efforts, where she meticulously developed and implemented DEI strategy for campus programs. Marquita's prior experience at industry leaders Cummins and Korn Ferry underscores her extensive expertise and commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive hiring processes. Her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion is a driving force in her career, positioning her as a transformative leader in the field.

Career Highlight

"I have excelled in connecting with and supporting Gen Z candidates in their job search, even in a challenging market. During my time as Historically Black College University (HBCU) Campus Manager, I successfully increased our partner HBCUs, significantly broadening our reach. Collaborating with Thurgood Marshall College Fund Scholars, I innovatively revised our recruitment approach at DEI conferences to better attract Gen Z talent. I also spearheaded the recruitment planning and execution for our National Society of Black Engineers Fall Regional (NSBE FRC) Conferences, ensuring a supportive and effective hiring process that sets candidates up for success."
