Marissa joined General Mills on the Talent Acquisition Team in 2015 supporting Internal Staffing for both Marketing and Sales. During her time on the Internal Staffing Team, Marissa was promoted into two different roles including responsibility for leading a team of Staffing and Recruiting Assistants and supporting the launch of the Internal Job Marketplace. Marissa was then promoted to the Talent Acquisition Campus Team in May 2019 to lead full-cycle hiring for early career roles in Supply Chain and Digital & Technology. Marissa is passionate about innovating in new spaces and building high engagement for candidates.

Career Highlight

In an ever-changing and extremely competitive market, Marissa found new technologies to refine the full-cycle recruiting process while keeping engagement at an all-time high. Marissa helped pave the way to meet students where they are with a hybrid approach to strategy. General Mills brings in early career students from over 70 schools across the US.
