Mara Dibb is a Global Head of TA Programs, Early Careers and Employment Brand at SC Johnson. In their role at SC Johnson, Mara is responsible for Talent Acquisition strategy and leads the global agenda for TA, ensuring they have a "best in class" TA function. Mara defines, designs, improves and scales GTA best practices, processes, tools and capabilities globally.
