These events encompassed info sessions, trivia nights, career fairs, professional development sessions, and alumni panels, collectively reaching more than 1400 Gen Z candidates. To maintain engagement, we introduced personalized follow-up communications after each event, ensuring students stayed connected until our application process opened. Additionally, we curated compelling and relevant topics for these events, aiding Gen Z candidates in their career exploration and personal and professional development."
