Mandy is a Talent Acquisition Manager, Early Careers at SC Johnson. SC Johnson is home to beloved brands like Windex, Glade, Raid, and Ziploc. In her role, Mandy is responsible for all early careers talent acquisition strategy, campus recruiting activity, and summer internship program design. Mandy is committed to continuously improving SC Johnson’s early talent programs to ensure a diverse pipeline of future leaders. Mandy and her team are dedicated to providing a best-in-class experience throughout their early ID, apprenticeship, internship, and rotational programming. Mandy is passionate about driving an inclusive hiring process and building an early careers program that showcases SCJ’s purpose and values.

Career Highlight

"Our team hosted more than 70 events (both virtual and in-person) ranging from professional development sessions to career fairs and alumni panels. We cumulatively engaged more than 1,500 Gen Z candidates. A new set of personalized email reminders and follow-up messages were implemented, which ultimately increased attendance rates and conversion of attendees to applicants from these events. We helped many Gen Z candidates navigate their internship search and develop professionally through our events, which prioritized engaging topics that were relevant to today’s talent."
