Mandi is an Early Career Recruiter with AMS, and her client is Rolls-Royce North America. She is responsible for the hiring of incoming candidates for intern programs, graduate development programs, and full time hires after graduation. Prior to her role as a recruiter, she worked at Rolls-Royce as part of their HR Shared Service Center. She had no experience with recruitment until she started her current role in September of 2019. Her absolute favorite part of the recruitment process is getting to share in the excitement of each candidate selected, as well as getting to know them. It's a very rewarding experience.

Career Highlight

In the current recruitment cycle, the first assessment center boasted 8 out of 8 of Mandi's candidates accepting and a 50% diversity rate. Their top candidate was female! In the engineering realm, it can be more difficult to source diverse candidates, so having that diversity across the board is amazing in the engineering fields and it was a big win for Mandi's whole team. It set the precedent moving forward in this cycle to recruit in meaningful ways to help shift and shape the ECR culture within the client's needs.
