Mallory is a University Recruiting Program Manager at Roku. She currently manages intern onboarding and orientation, summer programming, and manager training for Roku's summer internship program. Prior to moving into this role in early 2022, she was a Coordinator on Roku's University Recruiting team, and has served as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Audible as well. While Mallory engages with the interns differently as a Program Manager than when she was coordinating, she prides herself on always serving as a cheerleader, advocate, and guide for students.

Career Highlight

Mallory established Roku's first-ever dedicated intern orientation program. As Roku welcomed its largest summer intern class on board, Mallory brought the cohorts through a global orientation program that focused on interns as students, humans, and early career professionals. She worked tirelessly to ensure that Roku's interns had programming that was intentional, provided structure and support, and eliminated geographical barriers.
