Mallory oversees campus recruiting efforts across North America at Morningstar, which is an investment research company. In her role, she is responsible for recruiting for the summer internship program as well as the Morningstar Development Program for college graduates. Mallory started at Morningstar within the Morningstar Development Program, where her first role was within its client service team.
