Mallory is the Director of Early Career Talent at AssuredPartners. In her role at AP, Mallory is responsible for managing early career talent programs, including AP’s National Internship Program, and overseeing early career recruiting initiatives. Mallory began her career at AssuredPartners following a communications internship, but truly found her passion in helping early career individuals explore opportunities within the insurance industry, leading her to a career in Early Talent. Mallory is committed to advocating for investment in early career opportunities and being a true partner to the teams she works with.

Career Highlight

"One of my proudest moments as a leader within the early career and campus recruiting space was probably working with my team during our spring intern recruitment season. We recruited our largest intern class ever! As a team, we implemented new candidate engagement strategies to improve our candidate experience, which allowed us to find quality candidates quicker, decrease the number of offers rejected, and launch a new strategy to keep our confirmed interns excited about the summer through multiple touch points. Seeing all the creativity my team deployed to step up our intern recruitment strategy and see our vision through was very gratifying!"
