Mallory Deeter is the Program Director for College Engagement at AssuredPartners. In her role at AssuredPartners, Mallory leads the college engagement strategy, working with both internal stakeholders and external partners to identify, attract, and retain entry-level talent. She also directs AssuredPartners' summer internship program, creating meaningful work experiences and professional development opportunities so interns have the skills needed to thrive professionally post-program. Mallory began her career at AssuredPartners, starting as an intern herself. She is passionate about helping candidates see themselves in roles they never considered, and helping them lean into their strengths when determining where they want to take their careers.
