Mallory Clemons is the College Recruiting Specialist at The Lincoln Electric Company. In their role at Lincoln Electric, Mallory is responsible for the internship, co-op, and full-time trainee programs. Prior to this role, Mallory was the College Recruiting Coordinator and managed all of the scheduling and logistics for the team. Since COVID, Mallory now runs the entire College Recruiting Department by herself and continues to engage new college hires virtually and in person. Mallory is passionate about hiring the best candidates for Lincoln Electric while focusing on a diverse and inclusive environment.
