Malini Agarwal VP, Campus and Diversity Recruiting
Malini Agarwal is a Vice President of Campus and Diversity Recruiting at Blackstone. In their role at Blackstone, Malini is responsible for leading the campus recruiting efforts for various business groups from an undergraduate perspective. She also leads the campus diversity initiatives to build a pipeline of talent for Blackstone roles. Prior to their role at Blackstone, Malini led campus diversity recruiting for the Global Banking and Markets function at Bank of America. Malini is extremely passionate about helping students excel in their college career and providing them with guidance to succeed in their career path.
Career Highlight
Malini established Blackstone's first-ever Freshman HBCU Discovery Program. This one-day program was designed to educate students from various HBCUs on the goals and focus of a private equity firm. This program was instrumental in increasing Blackstone's footprint at HBCUs across the country and essentially informing students of the various opportunities at Blackstone in which they could be successful.
