Madi Coughlin - Nominee for Rising Star Award

Madi is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at Sendero, a management consulting firm. She is responsible for intern and entry-level campus recruiting efforts for several core schools as well as general nationwide interest. Prior to this, Madi worked as a consultant at Sendero, learning the ins and outs of the role she would eventually hire for. Madi goes above and beyond to make herself available to candidates, quickly answering questions so they feel as comfortable and confident in their interviews as possible. She is passionate about creating an experience where candidates feel they have a partner in the process invested in their success.

Career Highlight

Like many other teams, Sendero was tasked with transitioning an entirely in-person interview process to a virtual one. To support this change, Madi implemented new software tools, redrafted communications, designed virtual campus collateral, leveraged data analytics, and streamlined the interview process to help make the change as painless as possible for both candidates and recruiters. To maintain Sendero’s personal touch, Madi created and hosted many remote events for candidates, ranging from info sessions to Q&As to externships - resulting in the largest summer class Sendero has ever had!
