Maddie approaches her important work fueling Mortenson’s early talent pipeline with pride on a daily basis. Mortenson is a wonderful organization to work at and the great people at Mortenson (and specifically on her small but mighty College Recruiting team) make the hard work most enjoyable. Maddie is especially proud of her special work bridging connections with great non-profit organizational partners connecting underrepresented groups employment opportunities, and her work as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Champion on her 100-person HR team.
