During Lyndsey’s tenure as a recruiter, she has been responsible for Johnson Lambert’s Early Talent Program (ELITE). In an effort to improve upon this program, Lyndsey focused on creating a cohort-mentality through virtual events in the months leading up to ELITE in a way never previously accomplished. By creating an activity that encouraged students to interact with the firm through social media, online, and with team members during events, students reported feeling a stronger connection built in ELITE compared to other online programs they had attended. Through her efforts, Lyndsey increased candidate numbers by over 20% and lowered the rate of those rescinded by 36 percent. Through her improved screening process, 80% of the participants earned internship offers at the conclusion of the program.
