Since starting at Lennar nearly two years ago, she has played a pivotal role in leading the inaugural Future Builders Program towards operational excellence. Lynda’s ability to think resourcefully and offer a top candidate experience with optimal processes and technology has enabled the team to scale and hire two classes of 150 early careers associates. Most notably, Lynda built our event machine, including budget management, event registrations, and booth-in-a-box ordering process.
