Lucy Tobias - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Lucy has been in the university and early career space for more than a decade. She has been committed to finding talent for companies like Apple and most recently Dropbox, where she was Head of Emerging Talent. As a first-generation college student herself, she has found joy in hiring and supporting talent at the start of their careers. One of the most fulfilling parts of Lucy's roles has been her ability to build programs and create experiences that support the growth and success of an individual throughout their career journey.
