Liz is an Early Career Recruiter at Rockwell Automation. In their current role, Liz is responsible for full cycle recruiting for internships and new graduate early career programs. Prior joining Rockwell Automation, Liz supported student career coaching, employer branding and alumni partnerships for the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University in Southern California. Liz is passionate about creating opportunities and supporting the emerging workforce with the skills they need to thrive as they navigate their careers.

Career Highlight

"Our current ATS, Workday was implemented shortly before I started in my role. At the time, we had little in the way of reporting that met the more niche needs of our early career programs. To quantify and measure our success and challenges better, I have been actively working with our HRIS team to refine our reports. Now, we can access data on-demand regarding sourcing, candidate flow, and the overall hiring metrics that fuel our talent strategy. This empowers us to support and empower hiring managers and other stakeholders in our early career programs. Additionally, we recently implemented RippleMatch which will add another layer of depth in looking at our event ROI!"
