For the past nine of her ten years, with ADP, Lisa has had the pleasure of managing a team of amazing recruiters hiring students for internships and full-time opportunities in Technology, Human Resources, Finance and Client Service. Lisa and her team have been infusing contemporary talent into the fabric of ADP. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and has as much excitement about her job today as she did when she first began her career. Lisa is passionate about making a difference in the lives of these young professionals and driving diversity through her team's efforts on campus. Lisa motivates her team by reminding them that no one will ever forget who their recruiter was who gave them their first job offer!

"I'm incredibly proud of my team for all they have accomplished this past year. We were challenged with hiring talent for several new areas in the technology space, very late in the spring semester, for a June start. My team rose to the occasion and filled ALL the positions in time! My team embraced the fact that change is constant, and you must be comfortable with being uncomfortable! I knew they could get the job done but how they did it spoke volumes of who they are as individuals and as a team. They rallied around one another, when one person finished hiring for their own positions, they jumped in to help their teammates fill theirs. A true testament to the phrase, 'There is no "I" in team!' We are ONE and we WIN as ONE!"
