Lisa Schmidt is a Sr. Director, Campus Recruiting at ADP. For the past seven years, Lisa has managed a team of recruiters across the country, hiring students for internships and full-time opportunities in software development, client service, implementation, finance and human resources. Lisa and her team have been infusing contemporary talent into the fabric of ADP. Prior to ADP, Lisa worked at the Avis Budget Group as a corporate recruiter for 13 years. Lisa is passionate about making a difference in the lives of these young professionals and driving diversity through her team's efforts on campus.
