Lisa is a Sr. Analyst in Talent Acquisition at Duck Creek Technologies. Lisa has helped launch the company’s first Co-Op program, is collaborating with employee resource groups to build relationships with select universities aligned with business and diversity goals, and has improved programming of the summer internship program to ensure Interns are prepared to succeed. She is a Co-Founder and Vice Chair of the PRIDE employee resource group for LGBTQIA+ employees. Prior to Duck Creek, Lisa surpassed recruitment goals for early to executive-level talent for Careers In Nonprofits. She is passionate about helping candidates and employees belong and succeed, and has insight into underrepresented communities. 

Career Highlight

"Since coming on board, I took ownership over a couple of recruitment marketing partnerships Duck Creek has and I have provided consistent employer branding and diversity hiring content as well as overseen two events that have showcased engaging Duck Creek employees and our flexible-first and values-driven culture on hot topics of interest, resulting in 63% brand lift, 9.4/10 overall event rating and high audience engagement, surpassing all targets. I have also researched and put strategies into action with select HBCUs, HSIs and women’s colleges for fall of 2023, one of those which we visited in the spring."
