While the Covid-19 pandemic had initially presented many challenges to the campus recruiting world, Lisa championed her team to quickly pivot all aspects of BMO’s Student Experience Program and campus recruitment campaigns to connect with students in a new virtual reality. With Lisa’s remarkable leadership and innovation, BMO has reimagined it’s Campus Recruitment and Early-Talent Program with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional student experience. This is reflected in the creative ways in which student and candidate engagement is executed with unique social media campaigns, an increased focus on conversion, and the amplification of BMO’s diverse culture.
