She invests in every intern’s future—whether they join us full time or move on to other opportunities—ensuring they leave their internship with confidence, clarity, and practical career tools.

Beyond our walls, Lindsay has built strong partnerships with colleges and universities, regularly hosting on-campus sessions where she not only introduces students to Golden Hippo but also shares tips on building strong resumes and professional profiles.

Thanks to Lindsay’s leadership, we’re celebrating our largest and most successful internship cohort yet, with many interns converting into full-time employees. And it’s worth noting—Lindsay began her own journey as our very first TA intern. Her growth and impact have come full circle, and there's no better example of a Rising Star than her.”
