Linda Nguyen - Nominee for Career Catalyst Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Linda is the Assistant Manager of the Talent Acquisition Programs team at Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) and is responsible for leading NFCU’s early career hiring and outreach initiatives. Linda joined NFCU in May 2017 as a Recruiter on the Tech Delivery team. Linda has over 11 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, working in the staffing, professional services, and financial services industries at Kforce and Grant Thornton. Linda obtained her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.

Career Highlight

"I've been instrumental in the build-out of Navy Federal’s conference strategy, which includes the sponsorship of Grace Hopper, the Society of Hispanic Professionals, and more. In 2021, I led the organization’s participation in Grace Hopper for the first time in Navy Federal’s history. I hosted events and spoke on panels, including Fairygodboss’s “Landing Your Dream Job” panel, Delta Sigma Theta, and several university recruitment-related events. My team and I are also responsible for leading quarterly development sessions for Early Careers Programs."
