Letitia is a Campus Manager at Eaton Corporation. In her role she is responsible for managing the relationship with her partner schools. She is also specifically responsible for building the HBCU initiative and strategy for University Relations. In her previous role, Letitia did an excellent job working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Eaton supporting North America. Letitia thrives in this role and accepts the challenge daily to forge relationships with Eaton's partner schools to build brand awareness, increase diversity and attract top talent.
Career Highlight
When Letitia joined the University Relations team the Pandemic hit a month into her training. She did all her training virtually and leaned into her strength of relationship-building to work with her colleagues and the schools to build relationships. Letitia was able to organize and coordinate a Jeopardy Game Night with Eaton’s SVP, Global Talent Learning and the VP of Diversity and Inclusion. Attendees left wanting more. Letitia’s ability to bring some of Eaton’s high-level leaders to students in a comfortable casual environment was a first!
