Lejorne is a diversity & inclusion practitioner and university recruiting strategist who has spent 10+ years helping emerging professionals land jobs they’ve always dreamed of. Lejorne is best known for his transparent leadership and working with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds. He began his career in education working in alternative high schools and then moved on to working in career services at two of the nation's most prestigious Ivy League institutions. After his stint in education, Lejorne transitioned into the tech industry where he continued to use his expertise to provide undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students equitable access to internship and full-time opportunities. Currently, he serves as the Head of University Recruiter at Credit Karma Inc. Lejorne believes in the power of education, social intelligence, and transformational leadership, and continues to build on his own abilities to effectively impact the lives of those he encounters in a whole new way, while remaining true to his deepest belief that 'persistence leaves no man hanging, but only grants success to those who try.'
