Leanne led her team through a rapid recruiting model reinvention, focused on creating unique, immersive, virtual engagements. Her team removed barriers, bringing opportunities that exceeded in person historical results. From one-to-one mentoring connections with students to virtualizing the annual panel discussion, which connects Purdue students with SCJers ranging from executives to interns from the prior summer, Leanne and her team embraced pandemic changes and continued a strong tradition of recruiting Purdue interns!
