Leah is responsible for the growth and oversight of Higginbotham's Talent Operations team. Those responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, inclusive of building sustainable processes, establishing talent analytics, enhancing candidate, hiring manager, and external partner experiences, defining solid sourcing opportunities, establishing and cultivating university relations, and expanding Higginbotham's best-in-class Summer Internship Program.

Career Highlight

"Higginbotham's Talent Operations Team is lean and young, having only been together for less than 12 months. During that time, we've enhanced processes and improved candidate, hiring manager and external partnership experience. We've also cultivated relationships with a number of universities across our footprint, attending career fairs and embracing more strategic partnerships. As a result, we've invested in the growth of our Summer Internship Program and put emphasis on hiring upcoming professionals."
