Leah Lehmuller is the Global University Recruiting Program Manager at Qualtrics. In this role, she is responsible for empowering her team to create university plans that will ensure Qualtrics will hit its entry-level hiring goals and build pipeline for the the future growth of Qualtrics. Leah graduated from BYU in 2015 and immediately started her career with Qualtrics. In her 6 years with Qualtrics, she has grown from a Recruiting Coordinator to the Global University Recruiting Program Manager. Leah's passion for Qualtrics runs deep and she works to instill that same passion in her university team & their hires!

Leah took the sudden move to a virtual internship and campus season and completely rethought the way Qualtrics (and the 7 recruiters she was leading) could deliver a strong intern experience and attract top, diverse talent. Through several innovative methods, Leah led the team to exceeding the Intern NPS goal with an 8.8 and hitting 99% of the hiring target for global university (222 hires in 6 months across multiple business units) - all while delivering the most diverse class in Q history.
