Lauren is a Director, Talent Acquisition at Lumen Technologies. In her role at Lumen, Lauren is responsible for the strategic direction of Lumen’s early career & diversity talent attraction, and university relations – including their award-winning Internship Program, and technology & GrowthOS recruitment. Prior to her role at Lumen, Lauren worked in Operations and Early Career & University Relations in the Healthcare Industry. Lauren is passionate about building a hiring engine that is inclusive.
