Career Highlight

"When I joined nVent, there was a great desire to create an early careers strategy, but it hadn't previously been a key area of focus for the organization. However, there was a strong understanding from the highest level that early career talent is essential to building a skilled and engaged talent pipeline. This last year, my focus was on building and enhancing nVent’s Leadership Development Rotational program, which is a fantastic pathway for individuals in HR, Finance, Supply/Operations, and Digital to explore various career channels over the course of three years, all within an engaged and dynamic early career community. It is amazing to see how much we have been able to grow and enhance the program and engage this amazing talent with the support of dedicated leaders from across the organization."
