Lauren is in Recruiting at Runway. In her role, she's responsible for not only scaling a diverse and inclusive organization, but also recruiting ops, people programs and employer branding. Prior to her role with Runway, Lauren has worked in both startups and big tech alike. She's found her niche in creative technology startups and loves building from the ground up!

Career Highlight

"One recent innovation I spearheaded was the industry’s first RNA: Research and Art Session. RNA aims to create a gathering space for both creative and research communities, and showcase talks about frontier research in AI and art. Each session features 4 researchers and artists followed by audience Q&A. In a hyper competitive industry like generative AI, it’s important to forge spaces that encourage open conversation and facilitate innovation. I hosted RNA 002 in SF in June 2024!
