Lauren is a Campus Recruiter at Wellington Management. In their role, Lauren is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding of the next generation of talent into the firm. She has spent the last eight years creating a strong pipeline of diverse talent into the firm's internship and full-time programs. She personally enjoys guiding students throughout the recruitment process and helping them discover roles and careers they are passionate about.
Career Highlight
Lauren works closely with the offices across the US, helping to establish campus programs and pipelines for each area. Lauren partners with stakeholders in each office to identify diversity associations to partner with in order to create a diverse pipeline for the internship roles in Chicago and San Francisco. This year, the firm doubled their internship roles in each office and are looking to increase the full-time pipeline for conversion as well.
