Lauren McCormack - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award

Lauren is a Campus Recruiter at PEAK6 Investments. In her role at PEAK6, Lauren is responsible for entry-level hiring and internship operations within the organization. Lauren leverages her project management expertise to effectively execute and deliver the campus recruiting process and early talent development programming. Lauren started her professional career at PEAK6 when she joined in 2015 right after graduating. Lauren is passionate about providing a positive experience for her candidates, organization, and teammates and can be found building relationships along the way.

Career Highlight

When the world flipped upside down in March 2020, remaining adaptable was at the forefront of PEAK6’s operation. Lauren created the infrastructure to transition in-person activities to an all-virtual recruiting process, while still providing a seamless experience for candidates and employees alike. The team processed 10,000+ applications, found more than 50+ new faces to join the team, all while leveraging 50+ members of the business who were working from home. With a complete upheaval of the familiar in-person landscape, Lauren's adaptability helped the team achieve a very successful season!
