Lauren is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lower. In her role at Lower, Lauren manages university relations strategy, develops early talent recruitment programming, and supports full-cycle recruitment for the corporate and operations departments. Prior to her role at Lower, Lauren worked in higher education career services for 12 years, consulting with employers on recruitment strategy and internship program development as well as advising students on their career development and job search techniques. Lauren is passionate about building sustainable, inclusive initiatives that support developing new talent as they embark on their careers!

Career Highlight

Lauren launched several sustainable initiatives for Lower’s university and early talent recruitment strategy during spring 2022 recruitment. Lauren created Lower’s first-ever Superday, which gave students a taste of working at the company, including exposure to leadership and robust networking. This resulted in several job offers post-graduation. She reinvigorated Lower’s internship program, adding departmental rotations to provide insight into a career path at the company. The spring recruitment season was a large success due to her innovative approach to college recruiting!
