Lauren is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lower. In her role at Lower, Lauren manages university relations strategy, develops early talent recruitment programming, and supports full-cycle recruitment for the corporate and operations departments. Prior to her role at Lower, Lauren worked in higher education career services for 12 years, consulting with employers on recruitment strategy and internship program development as well as advising students on their career development and job search techniques.
