Lauren Kent - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Lauren is the Director of Campus Recruiting and Programs at Epsilon and has 7+ years of experience in the early career space. In her role, she is responsible for intern and new grad hiring strategies as well as overseeing the participants' success in Epsilon's Early Career Programs. Prior to Epsilon, Lauren started her career in agency recruiting supporting the IT hiring needs at various organizations. Lauren is passionate about candidate experience and enabling early talent to discover their full potential.

Career Highlight

With the war for talent at the early career level intensifying, Lauren looked at new and innovative recruitment strategies and branding opportunities for Epsilon to engage with students early on. Lauren designed an immersive program (EpsiLeaders) for students in their first and second year of studies to encourage early career exploration, provide exposure to Epsilon and the digital marketing industry, and allow students to create a professional network early on. EpsiLeaders has been a staple to the Epsilon Campus Recruiting engagement strategy for the last 4 years, allowing for early identification and expanding candidate pipeline.
