Lauren is a Campus Strategy Manager at Verizon. In her role at Verizon, Lauren is responsible for aligning the global campus recruitment strategy with the strategic workforce plan to bridge talent gaps by focusing on the strategic skills for the future. She also assists with creating innovative initiatives to increase brand awareness to build a continuous pipeline of future leaders. Prior to her role at Verizon, Lauren was a Campus Recruiter at BlackRock and AllianceBernstein. Lauren is passionate about continuing to innovate Verizon's campus program to remain an employer of choice and build a best-in-class campus program.
