“Laura Morgan has impacted Insperity’s early career recruiting by embracing innovation and creating immersive, virtual-first experiences that resonate deeply with Gen Z candidates. To meet Gen Z where they are, Laura has introduced a suite of engaging virtual initiative. Through webinars and skill-building workshops, she provided participants with valuable insights on career development and industry trends, keeping participants engaged with live Q&As and polls.
